If you don’t love lemon, don’t worry you can easily switch it out for orange, or use any dehydrated fruit and process it into powder for an explosion of flavor. Happy Cooking!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup dates
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until finely ground, transfer to a bowl, scraping the sides.
Form into an inch ball.
Keep them in an airtight container and refrigerate.
